(5) In order to ensure the reliability of the scale sensor, the scale surface and the indicating grating surface can be cleaned and wiped with ethanol mixture (50% each) at regular intervals to keep the glass scale surface clean.

(6) The grating ruler sensor must not be violently shaken or beaten to avoid damage to the grating ruler. If the grating ruler breaks, the grating ruler sensor will fail.

(7) Do not disassemble the grating scale sensor by yourself, let alone change the relative distance between the main scale and the sub scale arbitrarily, otherwise the accuracy of the grating scale sensor may be damaged on the one hand; The relative friction of the secondary scale will damage the chromium layer and damage the grid lines, which will cause the scale to be scrapped.

(8) Attention should be paid to prevent the surface of the grating ruler from being polluted by oil and water, so as not to damage the line stripe distribution of the grating ruler and cause measurement errors.

(9) The grating ruler sensor should try to avoid working in a severely corrosive environment, so as not to corrode the chromium layer of the grating and the surface of the grating and damage the quality of the grating.
