1. When the digital display is not displayed normally

Use a high-precision process calibrator to change from the zero point of the digital display to the full scale. The fault lies in the digital panel, and the relevant originals in the digital panel should be further checked. If the amplitude and stability of the input signal of the panel meter are not normal, the problem appears in the first two parts.

2. The input signal of the digital display is abnormal

The working state of the nonlinear correction part is: when the input signal changes from zero to full scale, the corresponding number displayed on the digital display should be zero to a few volts. If it is normal, it means that there is no problem with this part, and the fault appears in Signal conversion part. If it is not normal, you need to further check the originals related to the non-linear correction part.

For the faults in the meter, the block test can quickly determine the specific location of the fault. When the digital panel displays abnormally, use a digital multimeter with higher accuracy to test. When the input signal changes from zero to full scale , The input signal of the digital panel should vary from zero to a few volts. If it meets the requirements, it means that the problem occurs inside the digital panel, otherwise it appears in the signal conversion part or the nonlinear correction part

3. When the output control signal is abnormal

Compare the output signal of the amplifier with a multimeter. When an abnormal display is found, such as no display on the digital display, it can be concluded that the internal components of the instrument are damaged. When the displayed number overflows or jumps randomly, it indicates that the fault has occurred outside the meter.
